Delete Your Account and Data

TrueMate lets you erase your account and everything attached to it directly from inside the app. No email request or waiting period is required.

How to delete your account

1. Open TrueMate and go to Settings.

2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

3. Confirm twice when prompted. The second prompt is the final warning.

4. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile, display name and language settings
Your entire conversation history
Unlocked characters, outfits, quest progress and ruby balance
Analytics identifiers linked to your account

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Unused rubies and any remaining subscription time are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.

What is kept

Purchase and transaction records are retained where tax and accounting law requires, after being disconnected from your profile. Your subscription itself is managed by the app store, not by us — see below.

Cancelling your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately:

Android — Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TrueMate → Cancel
iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TrueMate → Cancel

If you cannot access the app

If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, contact us through the developer address on our Google Play or App Store listing, describing the account so we can locate and remove it. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
