Terms of Service

By downloading or using TrueMate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrueMate. By using the app you confirm that you are. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not share your account or use another person's. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content depicting minors in any sexual context;
• harass, threaten or impersonate any real person through the app;
• attempt to bypass safety filters, subscription checks or content restrictions;
• reverse engineer, decompile or extract the app's assets, models or source;
• use bots, scrapers or automated systems against our servers, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute any part of the app or its content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

5. Subscriptions

TrueMate offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove ads.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change takes effect for your renewal.

6. Rubies and virtual items

Rubies are an in-app virtual currency with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the app. Unlocked characters, outfits and other virtual items are a limited licence to use them within TrueMate, not property you own.

Unused rubies and virtual items are forfeited when an account is deleted or terminated, and we may change their pricing, availability or function at any time.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their published policies; we cannot issue them directly.

8. Intellectual property

TrueMate, its software, characters, artwork, 3D models and branding are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Nothing more is transferred.

9. Service availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change between versions.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections 8, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. The date at the top reflects the current version.
