TrueMateTrueMate

End User License Agreement

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This agreement governs your licence to use the TrueMate application. It applies alongside our Terms of Service, and, where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Licence granted

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use TrueMate on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. This licence lasts until terminated by you or by us.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

3. Ownership

The app is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in it, including all intellectual property. Virtual items obtained in the app, including rubies, characters and outfits, are part of this licence and are not your property.

4. Objectionable content and conduct

You agree not to use the app to create, request or distribute content that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, or that harasses or impersonates a real person. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for such material and may remove content and terminate accounts without notice or refund.

5. Third-party terms

Your use must comply with the terms of any third-party service you access the app through, including Google Play and the Apple App Store, and with any applicable carrier data plan terms.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.

9. Apple App Store

If you obtained TrueMate from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for any product claim, legal claim or third-party intellectual property claim relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

10. Contact

Reach us through Settings → Support in the app, or through the developer contact address on our Google Play and App Store listings.
